Scaffolding is an important facility for civil engineering construction. It is a work platform or work channel set up to ensure the safety of high-altitude work and smooth construction. In structural construction, decoration construction and installation and construction of equipment pipelines, scaffolding needs to be erected in accordance with operational requirements. Fastener type steel pipe scaffold The vertical pole, horizontal pole, scissor brace, throw brace, sweeping pole, connecting wall piece and scaffold board are composed of fasteners. Industrial platform scaffold The components include the following parts: 1. Steel pipe Scaffold steel pipes should be welded steel pipes with an outer diameter of 48 mm and a wall thickness of 3.5 mm, or welded steel pipes with an outer diameter of 51 mm and a wall thickness of 3.1 mm. The maximum length of steel pipes used for horizontal horizontal rods should not be greater than 2m; other rods should not be greater than 6.5m, and the maximum mass of each steel pipe should not exceed 25kg, so as to be suitable for manual handling. 2. Fasteners Fastener-type steel pipe scaffolding should be made of forged cast iron fasteners. There are three basic forms: right-angle fasteners used for the connection between vertical cross bars; rotating fasteners used for the connection between parallel or diagonal bars and A butt fastener for butt connection of rods. a. Right-angle fasteners; b. Rotating fasteners; c. Butt fasteners 3. Scaffold The scaffolding board can be made of steel, wood, bamboo and other materials, and the mass of each piece should not exceed 30kg. Stamped steel scaffold board is a commonly used scaffold board, which is generally made of 2 mm thick steel plate, with a length of 2 to 4 m and a width of 250 mm. The surface should have anti-skid measures. The wooden scaffolding board can be made of fir board or pine with a thickness of not less than 50 mm, with a length of 3-4m and a width of 200-250 mm. Both ends should be equipped with two galvanized steel wire hoops to prevent damage to the ends of the wooden scaffolding board. Bamboo scaffolding board is made of bamboo skewer and bamboo slatted board. 4. Even wall pieces The connecting wall piece connects the vertical pole and the main structure together, and can be used as a rigid connecting wall piece with steel pipes, fasteners or embedded parts. Flexible connecting wall parts with steel bars as tie bars. 5. Base There are two types of bases: insert type and jacket type. The outer diameter D1 of the insert type is 2 mm smaller than the inner diameter of the pole, and the inner diameter D2 of the jacket type is 2 mm larger than the outer diameter of the pole. Bowl buckle scaffold The bowl buckle type steel pipe scaffold is a kind of multifunctional scaffold developed by our country with reference to foreign experience. Its rod nodes are connected by bowl buckles. Since the bowl buckle is fixed on the steel pipe, all the components are axially connected and have good mechanical properties. The connection is reliable, the formed scaffold has good integrity, and there is no problem of missing fasteners. Components The bowl buckle steel pipe scaffold is composed of steel pipe vertical rods, cross bars, bowl buckle joints, etc. The basic structure and erection requirements are similar to those of the fastener-type steel pipe scaffold, but the main difference lies in the bowl buckle joint. The bowl buckle joint is composed of the upper bowl buckle, the lower bowl buckle, the crossbar joint and the limit pin of the upper bowl buckle. The limit pins of the lower bowl buckle and the upper bowl buckle are welded on the vertical pole, and the upper bowl buckle is sleeved into the vertical pole. Weld the plugs on the cross bar and the diagonal bar. When assembling, insert the cross bar and the diagonal rod into the lower bowl buckle, press and rotate the upper bowl buckle, and fix the upper bowl buckle with the stop pin. Setting up requirements The horizontal distance of the buckle-type steel pipe scaffolding column is 1.2 m, and the longitudinal distance can be 1.2 m; 1.5 m; 1.8 m; 2.4 m according to the scaffold load. The step distance is 1.8 m and 2.4 m. When erecting, the joints of the vertical poles should be staggered. The vertical poles of the first layer should be arranged in a staggered arrangement with the length of 1.8 m and 3.0 m, and the length of 3.0 m is used for the upwards, and the length of 1.8 m and 3.0 m is used for the top layer. Leveling. Height less than 30 m The vertical deviation of the scaffold should be controlled within 1/200, the scaffold with a height of more than 30 m should be controlled within 1/400~1/600, and the total vertical deviation should not be greater than 100 mm.
